Legal Notice Policy

This document consists of two sections: (A) KVKK Privacy Notice and (B) General Legal Disclaimer.
A. Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data
Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the personal data obtained when you visit the Site and/or make a purchase.
1. Identity of the Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed
If you shop through the Site or contact us, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity information (first name, last name)
- Contact information (email, phone, address)
- Transaction security information (IP address, cookie data)
- Order and payment information (excluding payment card details — these are processed by the payment infrastructure provider and are not stored by Derisunum Design)
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed
- to carry out order processes,
- to carry out delivery and shipping operations,
- to provide customer relationship management and support services,
- to fulfill legal obligations (invoicing, accounting records, etc.),
- for marketing communications (e-mail newsletter, etc.), if requested
for the purposes listed above.
4. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through channels such as placing an order, creating a membership, or filling out a contact form on the Site. Processing is based on the legal grounds of "establishment and performance of a contract", "fulfillment of a legal obligation", and "existence of explicit consent" (for marketing communications) as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with courier companies, payment infrastructure providers (Shopify Payments, etc.), and, where legally required, authorized public institutions and organizations, only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set forth in the KVKK,
- To request that the third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of the above operations,
- To object to a result that arises to your detriment through analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
- To request compensation for any damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.

B. General Legal Disclaimer
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, product photos) belongs to Derisunum Design or Derisunum Design has been granted the right to use it. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
2. Limitation of Liability
Derisunum Design exercises reasonable care regarding the accuracy, currency, and completeness of the Site's content; however, it does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derisunum Design cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from use of the Site.
3. Linked Sites
The Site may contain links directing to third-party websites. Derisunum Design is not responsible for the content of these sites.
4. Right to Amend
Derisunum Design reserves the right to update this Legal Notice Policy at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
5. Governing Law and Competent Authority
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this policy; Sakarya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
