These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors and customers ("User", "you") who use the website www.derisunumdesign.com ("Site") operated by Derisunum Design ("Site", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms govern the rights and obligations between Derisunum Design and users who shop through or visit the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are for informational purposes.
  • Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
  • Derisunum Design reserves the right to change prices and product information without prior notice.
  • Product photos may be representative; slight differences in color appearance may occur due to screen/device variations.

3. Order Process

  • The order is finalized once payment is successfully completed.
  • Although we strive to keep stock information up to date, an order may be cancelled in the event of a stock shortage; any amount paid will be refunded.
  • Order confirmation is automatically sent to your registered email address.

4. Payment

  • Payments are accepted through the secure payment methods indicated on the Site.
  • Card details are not stored by Derisunum Design; they are processed securely through the payment infrastructure provider (Shopify Payments or an integrated payment institution).

5. Delivery

  • Orders are handed over to the courier within the estimated timeframe stated after confirmation.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the courier company's workload.
  • Derisunum Design cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, users shopping as consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at derisunumdesign@gmail.com.
  • For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by [the buyer / the seller].
  • The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made ("made to order") products, subject to the exceptions in applicable legislation.

(Note: This clause has been drafted in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts in Türkiye; we recommend having the final text reviewed by a legal advisor.)

7. Intellectual Property

All visuals, text, logos, and designs on the Site belong to Derisunum Design or Derisunum Design has been granted the right to use them. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and good morals, and confirms that the information provided is accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Derisunum Design does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from force majeure (natural disaster, strike, system failure, etc.).

10. Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). For detailed information, it is recommended that a separate Privacy Policy be created (we can prepare this for you as well upon request).

11. Changes

Derisunum Design reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution

Sakarya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
